Delivery Information

Digital Flames offers free delivery* on all orders. However, additional charges may apply for surcharge areas and additional services as detailed below.

1. FREE DELIVERY*

This is a one-man delivery service, who will take the item into any ground floor room. The driver has the equipment to offload the item or items from his vehicle and bring them to your property. Assistance may be required for heavy and bulky items especially if there are access issues, stairs or any obstacles to manoeuvre. We aim to deliver all in-stock items within 3-25 working days from the date of order even though in many cases the delivery is quicker than this. The delivery company will contact you on the day of delivery with a 2-hour delivery window. If the slot offered is not suitable then the offered date and time can be rejected, and the delivery company will be in touch again with a new slot. You do not have to be in for the delivery as you do have the option to have the order left in a safe place, with a neighbour or to a nearby address.

2. TWO MAN DELIVERY

As above but includes a two-man delivery who will take the item into any room of choice including upstairs or downstairs. This is generally a chargeable service so if you do wish for this service please contact us for a quote.

3. WHITE GLOVE SERVICE

This service includes a two-man delivery who will unwrap the item, position the item into the room of choice and take away the packaging. Assembly service is also available. If you do wish for this service, please contact us for a quote.

4. EXPRESS DELIVERY

Some items are available on a premium 1-2 working day service either via parcel carrier if it is a small and non-heavy item or via pallet service. Please contact us for a quote.

5. CHOICE OF DAY/WEEKEND DELIVERY

You can choose a delivery day to suit you or even a weekend delivery to give you the flexibility of delivery around your schedule. We can put in requests with the delivery companies who would try their best to meet your demands. Alternatively, we can guarantee the delivery date or weekend slot at an additional charge. 6. BESPOKE FURNITURE / LIGHTS / HOME DECOR

Lead time for the bespoke items range is approximately 6-8 weeks. Bespoke items include some tables, chairs, lights and home décor items.

7. *SURCHARGE AREAS

Delivery surcharges apply to the following areas:

  • AB, DD, IV, PA, PH (additional £75 per item)
  • DG, KA, KY, FK, TD (additional £75 per item)
  • LL, LD, SA (additional £75 per item)
  • KW (additional £75 per item)
  • Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scottish Offshore Islands, Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland – £75 per item
